Job Details:

1. Starting pay up to $25/hr, based on skills and experience, plus bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate grain elevator equipment for loading, unloading, and transferring grain safely and efficiently.
• Assist or lead in grain handling, storage, and facility maintenance.
• Inspect trucks, barges, and railcars before loading.
• Operate advanced grain handling equipment such as grain dryers, control room, and locomotives.
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance, including repairs and fabrication.
• Follow safety programs, understand safety procedures, and report safety alarms.
• Record all documentation accurately.
• Perform grain receiving, weighing, grading, and assist with loading/unloading trucks, barges, and railcars.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Associate or technical degree desired.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and advanced computer skills.
• Expertise in safety procedures, maintenance, equipment operation, and grain handling.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Welding and light fabrication skills preferred.
• Experience in agriculture or grain elevator operations preferred.
• Physical requirements include walking, bending, stooping, climbing heights, lifting up to 75 pounds, and working in confined spaces.
