Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Elevator Installer.
• Familiarity with different types of elevators and their components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install new elevators in commercial and residential buildings according to specifications and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on elevators including oiling, cleaning and adjusting parts as needed.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance processes.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed on elevators.
• Communicate with clients to schedule installations or repairs and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times.
