Job summary

SummitLogic in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Elevator Installer to join our expanding team. You will install, test, and commission elevators in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring safety and compliance with specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, mechanical systems and hydraulic lifts.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble elevator components according to blueprints and specifications
• Conduct proper testing and troubleshooting of elevator systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturers guidelines
• Work closely with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time
• Provide excellent customer service while working on job sites
• Keep accurate records of work performed and maintain inventory levels of necessary equipment
• Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge
