Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience required.
• 2 years of elevator industry experience preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or similar certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and plan elevator and escalator new construction projects.
• Monitor and control multiple projects to meet profit goals and customer expectations.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare project budgets.
