DC Elevator in Louisville, KY is seeking a Construction Helper to support mechanics on-site, transport tools and materials, and keep the job area organized during elevator installation and repair tasks.

You will lift heavy components, work at heights and in confined spaces, and follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment while assisting with troubleshooting and material handling throughout the project.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Previous elevator experience or technical military training is highly preferred.
• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required and must be able to drive a cargo van.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Mechanic on construction jobs.
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work sites.
• Hold, position, and secure parts during installation or repair tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Help with troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
