URBN Inc USA is seeking a Warehouse Order Picking & Forklift Specialist to own day-to-day operations in our distribution center. You’ll operate forklifts and order-picking equipment, perform safety checks, and ensure accurate, timely inventory handling using RF scanners.

This role requires climbing to heights up to 40 feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00am–3:30pm, with overtime during peak periods.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Background in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong reliability, safety focus, and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks to transport, stow, and replenish inventory.
• Work at heights 25–40+ feet with fall protection and OSHA-compliant procedures.
• Load and unload trailers, apply labels, build boxes, and relocate items between storage and staging.
• Use RF scanners and touchscreens to maintain live inventory data.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace.
