Job summary

Terrain Café is seeking a dedicated Server to join our front-of-house team. From greeting guests to recommending food and beverage pairings, this role is central to creating meaningful dining experiences in a warm, garden-inspired setting.

We value hospitality, curiosity, and teamwork. Candidates should be comfortable with high-volume service, able to input orders in Toast, and eager to learn about seasonal menus and local producers. URBN perks are available to eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an elevated, high-volume dining environment preferred.
• Friendly, guest-focused communicator with a poised, professional presence.
• Ability to multitask while staying calm and organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the service experience.
• Input orders accurately using Toast POS and deliver food promptly.
• Recommend pairings and explain seasonal menus and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across service areas.
• Process payments according to cafe standards.
