Job summary

Contractors Access Equipment in Atlanta, GA is hiring Scaffold Crew Members to join our team for a full-time, hands-on role responsible for the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding on commercial and industrial sites.

You will work with foremen and crew leads, follow OSHA safety standards, and help keep each site organized and productive. No formal scaffold experience is required, but a willingness to learn and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn scaffold techniques on the job.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards
• Transport and organize scaffold materials and equipment on job sites
• Inspect scaffold components for damage or defects before and after use
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
• Work alongside Foremen and crew leads to meet project deadlines
• Load and unload equipment from company vehicles as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on site
