Job summary

Contractors Access Equipment in Austin, TX is seeking Scaffold Crew Members for a full-time, hands-on role responsible for the assembly, dismantling, and maintenance of scaffolding structures across commercial and industrial job sites.

As part of a crew you will follow project specifications and safety standards, transport and organize scaffold materials, inspect components for damage, and work with foremen to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and communication are essential.
• Ability to work well with others on a scaffold crew.
• Comfort working at elevated heights and following safety rules.
• Willingness to learn scaffold assembly techniques on the job.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy materials.
• Experience in scaffolding or related construction trades is a plus but not required.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area on site

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
• Prior experience in scaffolding, construction, or a labor-intensive trade is a plus but not required
