Responsibilities

• Design and develop a custom presentation template for an upcoming user conference.
• Create a cohesive visual system across approximately 15-20 decks.
• Design minimal, elegant conference presentations and detailed decks for education/CLE sessions.
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling layouts, typography, imagery, charts, and data visualizations.
• Build presentations primarily in Google Slides, with delivery in PowerPoint.
• Clean up, format, and elevate content provided by internal teams.
• Source high-quality imagery and visual assets.
• Develop thoughtful charts and data visualizations for clarity.
• Maintain consistency across decks while adapting layouts to content.
• Collaborate with the marketing/design team and incorporate feedback.
• Support additional event-related design needs as volumes fluctuate.
