Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Presentation Designer to craft a polished, modern template for an upcoming user conference and extend it across 15–20 decks. The role emphasizes brand-aligned visuals, typography, and data visualization to elevate presentations beyond standard PowerPoint decks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in presentation design.
• Strong modern, minimal, and sophisticated design sensibility.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality presentation/deck design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Experience creating effective charts, graphs, and data visualizations.
• Ability to work with existing brand guidelines while bringing creative thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple decks and deadlines.
• Comfortable turning internal content into polished presentation designs.
• Broader graphic design capabilities are a plus for events/conferences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a custom presentation template for an upcoming user conference.
• Create a cohesive visual system to apply across 15–20 decks.
• Design minimal and detailed decks for conferences and educational sessions.
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling layouts, typography, imagery, and charts.
• Build presentations primarily in Google Slides and deliver final in PowerPoint.
• Clean up, format, and elevate content from internal teams.
• Create and source high-quality imagery and visuals.
• Develop charts and data visualizations to simplify complex information.
• Maintain consistency across decks while adapting layouts for content differences.
• Collaborate with marketing/design team and incorporate feedback quickly.
