Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a Fine Dining Server for Basalt at Black Desert Resort in Ivins, UT. The role focuses on attentive, knowledgeable service in a premier dining venue, with emphasis on wine service, menu details, and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Basalt General Manager, you will contribute to maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence in service and ambiance. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and dining etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an exceptional fine dining experience.
• Present menus and daily specials with recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, wine list, and ingredients.
• Take orders accurately and input into POS promptly.
• Serve courses with precision and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Adhere to health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
