Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-end hospitality or retail sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with professionalism, discretion and diplomacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication with warmth and clarity.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and deadline prioritization.
• Comfortable using SpotON or other retail POS systems, Google Suite, Slack, OpenTable, Canva, and related platforms.
• Familiarity with food and farming terminology (training provided).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with elevated hospitality standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product education, and personalized recommendations.
• Support farm tours, workshops, off-site markets, and CSA programs.
• Develop and share knowledge of SingleThread products, partners, and farming practices.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces and brand-presentational standards.
• Coordinate across Farm, Floral, and Retail leadership for seamless operations.
