Job summary

Suncoast BarSC at Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a bartender to deliver elevated beverage experiences to guests on the Las Vegas Strip. Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and maintaining bar cleanliness and stock–all while delivering friendly, professional service.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ months of bartending experience in high-volume settings, knowledge of wines and spirits, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartender experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Serve beverages, maintaining service procedures and guest interaction.
• Operate cash register and complete transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and stock levels.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare requisitions for bar stock and manage ice supply.
