SUMMARY
It’s an exciting time to join ELEMIS Team as we build the infrastructure for rapid growth! We are excited to bring on a new Senior Manager Key Accounts to build strategies for our North America Retail team to build brand passion and awareness while achieving/exceeding retail sales growth and net shipments. This role will be responsible for successfully managing our retail businesses, ensuring excellent and influential working relationships both internally/externally.
We are looking for someone who is excited to be a part of building a rapidly growing brand and helping to lead our channel strategy through day-to-day execution.
Our office is located in New York City on a hybrid schedule.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•Works closely with Team Lead to develop, implement, and achieve overarching strategic and financial objectives.
•P&L accountability for all retail accounts.
•Manages all aspects of the retail business, including managing revenue, RTVs, MDs, A&P and freelance to ensure EBITA targets are met.
•Best in Class Omni Channel Management:

  1. Integral in continuing to build momentum in strong retail development and expansion strategy, including negotiating and planning how best to partner, optimize key levers, and competitive tradeoffs within channel.
  2. Own omni-channel retailer specific market plans, developing and executing innovative and best in class retail strategy, equipped to drive strong comp revenue and profitability to fuel rapid growth, achieving aggressive sales goals while expanding market share.
  3. Sales and budget planning/forecasting and promotional strategy.
  4. Space and location strategy and execution including merchandising, retail marketing, and assortment planning.
  5. Channel specific retail activations including EDU and Event initiatives.
  6. Successfully manage retail partnerships, fostering excellent working relationships with all members of merchant teams.
  7. Responsible for channel marketing calendars and market decks in collaboration with Marketing.
•Oversee channel product assortments maximizing productivity, mix, and merchandising presentation, including partnering with Retail Marketing/Visual Merchandising on merchandising and planogram strategy accordance with brand ethos and standards.
• Recommends and implements techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiency, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and ensure positive ROI.
• Support development and execution of a seamless omni-store strategy, partnering with our field and sell thru teams across events, visual merchandising, and inventory needs.
• Responsible for driving innovation focused on optimizing current programs, and building/ testing new programs and opportunities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Field Team, Finance, Operations, and Education to drive growth.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to mentor cross functionally.
• Ability to travel as needed (~20%)
• Additional tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management/wholesale sales or equivalent experience.
• Growth mindset with proven, successful sales track record in cosmetic industry.
• Self-motivated and flexible; able to adapt quickly to change. Able to build collaborative. relationships and work cross functionally with sales, marketing, retail partners, demand planning and supply chain.
• Impeccable project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical capabilities and Microsoft Office skills.

*Salary range for this role is between $110,000 to $125,000 annually.
