Job summary

Huntington Learning Center has been helping students succeed for nearly 50 years. We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Elementary Tutors to help students in grades K–5 build strong academic skills, confidence, and motivation. Enjoy the best parts of teaching without taking work home.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Teaching or tutoring experience with children is preferred.
• Teaching certification/license is a plus, but not required.
• Patient, encouraging, dependable and professional.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help children succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Teach elementary students in reading, phonics, writing, and math.
• Provide individualized support based on each student's needs.

Flexible Schedule - hours available between:

• Monday–Thursday: 2:00–8:30 PM.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Teaching, tutoring, or other experience working with children preferred.
• Teaching certification/license is a plus, but not required.
• Patient, encouraging, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
