Job summary

Huntington Learning Center in Minneapolis is seeking an Elementary Tutor to support K-5 students in reading, phonics, writing, and math. You’ll work one-on-one or with a small group, using Huntington's curriculum to tailor instruction.

Huntington Learning Center has been helping students succeed for nearly 50 years. We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Elementary Tutors to help students in grades K-5 build strong academic skills, confidence, and motivation.

You’ll work one-on-one or across 2-4 students, using Huntington's proven curriculum and individualized student programs. No lesson plans to create, no homework to grade, and no work to take home- just the opportunity to focus on teaching and helping each student.

What You’ll Do

• Teach elementary students in reading, phonics, writing, and math.
• Provide individualized support based on each student's needs.
• Build students' academic skills, confidence, and motivation.

Flexible Schedule - Hours Available Between

• Monday-Thursday: 2:00-8:30 PM.
• Friday: 3:00-7:00 PM.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Teaching, tutoring, classroom, or experience working with children preferred.
