Responsibilities

• Support grade-level lead teachers in all aspects of the school day.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe learning environment where students thrive.
• Collaborate with other grade-level teachers and specialists.
• Participate in Bentley's character education curriculum.
• Design curricula balancing academic and social-emotional growth.
• Instruct individuals, small groups, or whole class to carry out curriculum.
• Prepare and organize instructional materials.
• Act as classroom teacher in Lead Teachers' absence.
• Attend regular faculty and grade-level meetings.
• Assist with supervision during lunch, recess, and events.
• Attend Admissions events and other school functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
