Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with students preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting student growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to support lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and resources.
• Provide individual and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Support classroom management and behavior strategies.
• Attend professional development and staff meetings as required.
