Job summary

Prep Academy Tutors Hamilton is seeking qualified teachers to provide in-home academic support across K-12, aligned with state curricula, and to offer remedial and enrichment sessions.

You will communicate with parents to discuss progress and tailor instruction to individual learning styles, delivering flexible hours and professional development opportunities in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid NY State teaching certificate or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a classroom teacher in a private or charter school.
• Experience as lecturer/course instructor at a U.S. university or college.
• Master’s/PhD student with teaching assistant experience at a U.S. University or College.

Requirements

A qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and will also meet at least one of the following criteria:

• You hold a valid NY State teaching certificate or the equivalent thereof
• You have 2 or more years experience as a classroom teacher in a private or charter school.
• You have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited U.S. University or College
