• Plan differentiated instruction aligned with Georgia Performance Standards.
• Design units using varied resources and ensure vertical/horizontal alignment.
• Plan assessments to measure learning goals before, during, and after lessons.
• Establish a respectful classroom culture with high expectations and clear routines.
