Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher for Forest Park Elementary. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum with attention to each child's needs, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will collaborate with parents to deliver outstanding care and education, supporting center goals around enrollment and engagement. This role emphasizes teamwork with school staff and community partners to deliver high-quality early childhood education across

Qualifications

• Customer service and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
• Active CDA credential or NAECY candidacy
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support center's success; collaborate with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
