Chesterfield County Public Schools seeks an Elementary Education teacher for K-5 at Bellwood Elementary School. The role is on-site, full-time, with daily instruction, curriculum delivery and student assessment consistent with district standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a positive classroom environment, communicating with parents, and collaborating with staff. Virginia teaching license with Elementary Education endorsement required or eligible.

Formación

• Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Virginia teaching license with an Elementary Education endorsement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop instructional goals, design instruction and assess learning.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and effective collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Meets and instructs students in designated locations and times.
• Plans and delivers curriculum content using district standards.
• Assesses student learning and adjusts instruction to meet needs.
• Maintains classroom order per division guidelines and supervises students outside class time.
• Communicates regularly with parents and participates in meetings.
