Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and accommodate differences among students.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials reflecting diverse student needs.
• Assess student learning using formal and informal methods.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Establish goals and methods with staff to meet district requirements.
• Supervise instructional aides and volunteers as needed.
