Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field required.
• Valid Michigan teaching certification/licensure with grade-level endorsement.
• Strong knowledge of child development and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned to curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Develop assessments and monitor student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curricula and participate in ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and events to contribute to the mission of the institution.
• Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment for all students.
