Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Florida Educator Certificate or Statement of Eligibility in Elementary Education.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for helping elementary students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in all core subject areas.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom culture that promotes academic achievement and character development.
