Young World Physical Education in Chelsea, MA, is seeking an Elementary Teacher for Students with Autism to start immediately. The teacher will provide specialized instruction according to each student’s IEP while fostering an inclusive and safe learning environment for academic and social growth.

Shore Educational Collaborative was established in 1975 as one of 24 educational collaboratives in Massachusetts, providing public special education to students with disabilities. Over 180 students, aged 3-22, attend our school in Chelsea, receiving a comprehensive education and related services.

Salary range: $63,696.52‑$123,530.78 commensurate with experience and education. This position will include a mandatory, five‑week annual summer program, starting with the summer of 2025. Summer pay is in addition to the salary above.
Teachers in Educational Collaboratives participate in the Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System.
All school staff who may be expected to manage behavior must obtain and maintain certification in Shore’s approved behavioral safety training program (Safety Care or equivalent).
