Job description

Recruiting for multiple full-time positions for general classroom support, 1:1 assignments, and special education program classes (Grades K-5).

10 months per year. Follows the student calendar.

Full-time positions are eligible for health and dental benefits, holiday pay, and the NYS Local Retirement System.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school graduation or equivalent diploma.
  • Either:
  • (A) One year of full-time or equivalent paid or volunteer clerical experience;
  • (B) One year of full-time or equivalent paid or volunteer experience working with children;
  • (C) Completion of a Child Care course through an occupational school, Red Cross, or similar agency;
  • (D) A combination of the above experiences.

Note: Successful completion of one year of college (minimum 30 semester hours) may substitute for one year of experience.
