The Early Childhood Teacher nurtures the academic, social‑emotional, and developmental growth of our youngest learners. Education & Experience

Candidates must possess at least a master’s degree in educational leadership or a related field. Experience is preferred. However, candidates new to administration who possess the right knowledge and a strong belief that all students can achieve will be considered.

• Engage in intentional lesson planning that incorporates developmentally appropriate practices, sensory learning, and scaffolding techniques.

• Track and analyze student progress and developmental milestones to inform instruction and individualized learning plans.
• Communicate student progress and developmental growth effectively with families, providing guidance on home support strategies.

Professionalism

• Demonstrate timely, professional, and developmentally appropriate communication with students, families, and colleagues.
