Elementary classroom teacher, responsible for lesson plans and leading the classroom.

Qualifications:
The Elementary Teacher will: Create a positive, engaging, and structured classroom environment where students feel loved, supported, and challenged. Plan and deliver effective, age-appropriate instruction that supports student growth and academic achievement. Integrate a biblical worldview throughout instruction and classroom activities. Encourage students to grow in faith, purpose, and wisdom. Assess student progress and use assessment data to guide instruction. Maintain regular and professional communication with parents and families. Establish and maintain appropriate classroom expectations and procedures. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, administrators, and staff. Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and other activities that support the mission of the school. Serve as a positive Christian role model for students both inside and outside the classroom.
