About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our school partner in Reading, PA for the 2026–2027 school year. Full‑Time | 7:30 AM–3 PM

Salary Range

$65,000 – $80,000 annualized salary

What You’ll Do
  • Provide speech‑language therapy services
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with families, special education teams, and support staff
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and team planning
  • Caseloads range from 55–65 students
  • Blended caseload, autistic support classrooms & speech‑only students
  • SLPs should expect to support speech‑only students and students with more complex communication disorders (i.e. Autism, low‑incidence disabilities)
  • Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate
  • School‑based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
