Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in MTSS/RTI and Student Support Team meetings.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and educational technology.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. In this role, you will provide speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and consultation services to elementary students, helping them achieve academic, communication, and social success.
