Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect the district curriculum and accommodations for differences in individual student needs.
• Plan and use appropriate instructional strategies, activities, materials, equipment, and technology reflecting the learning styles and needs of students.
• Conduct assessment of student learning styles and use results to plan instructional activities.
• Work cooperatively with special education teachers to modify curricula for students with IEPs.
• Work with staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
• Plan and supervise work of instructional aides and volunteers.
