Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred or 2 years of higher education.
• Continuing Education/Certification as required by state/federal mandates.

Responsabilités

• Assist students with instruction, behavioral support, and personal care per IEPs/504s.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and maintain records as directed.
• Support students with mobility, lifting, and restraints per safety policies.
• Follow behavior plans and reinforce learning through individual or small group instruction.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information.
