Job summary

Spectrum360 is seeking an Elementary Special Education Teacher for Academy360 Lower, PS/E, Livingston, NJ. This 11-month position supports students with Autism and related disabilities, planning instruction and implementing IEPs, BIPs, and PBS with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have NJ State License TSWD (Teacher of Students with Disabilities) or TOH (Teacher of the Handicapped).
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.

• Ability to work within a team and manage a team of paraprofessionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute classroom instruction to meet the educational needs of students with Autism and related disabilities.
• Foster students' personal growth in cognitive, social/emotional, and language domains by implementing IEP, BIP, and PBS.
