Onward Search Education is partnering with a Boulder County school district to hire a Special Education Teacher for elementary students (K-5) for the 2026-2027 school year. In-person assignment with ASD-focused instruction and collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes developing IEP-based lesson plans, maintaining progress documentation, and fostering an inclusive, safe classroom focused on social-emotional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Primary/Secondary Education, or a related field.
• Special Education teaching license from the Colorado Department of Education.
• Experience supporting students with disabilities in an academic or classroom-based setting; autism experience preferred.

• Provide individualized academic and behavioral instruction to elementary-aged students in grades K-5 in a classroom environment specific to students on the Autism spectrum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with IEP goals to support diverse learning needs.
