  • Lead the IEP Process: Serve as Case Manager for your caseload, facilitating IEP meetings and tracking growth through regular progress reporting.
  • Guide & Mentor Support Staff: Lead and direct your classroom support team—including Instructional Aides and Educational/Direct Support Professionals (ESPs/DSPs)—to create a unified learning environment.
  • Collaborate for Student Success: Partner closely with clinical, behavioral, and interdisciplinary teams to implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Adapt & Innovate: Stay flexible in adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving student needs using supportive, agency-approved care and intervention techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Elementary/Secondary Education, Human Services, or a related field (or anticipated graduation date).
  • Certification: State Teaching Certification in Special Education (or eligible for alternative/provisional licensure).
  • Skills: Strong communication, empathy, team leadership, and a commitment to trauma-informed, student-centered care.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented, adaptable, and eager to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
What We Offer / Perks:
  • Manageable Class Sizes: Average of 6-10 students per classroom for true individualized instruction.
  • Built-in Support: Classroom aides and behavior specialists working right alongside you.
  • Mentorship & Career Growth: Hands-on support from experienced educators and administrative leaders.
