Responsibilities

• Provides students with an individualized learning experience aligned to IEP goals
• Collaborates effectively as an IEP team member
• Writes students' IEP under the Director of Student Services
• Maintains accurate records as required by PA
• Guides learning to achieve IEP goals under supervision
• Assists with curriculum modifications and adaptations for individuals
• Plans and organizes instruction effectively
• Selects appropriate materials and adapts methods to learning styles
• Evaluates progress and provides reports as required
• Works with parents to build confidence in CCS
• Upholds CCS codes of conduct and computer usage policy
• Demonstrates professional and ethical conduct
• Maintains confidentiality of student information
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with CCS Employee Manual and PA public school expectations
