• Analyze screening and progress data to design individualized learning plans.
• Develop and implement IEPs and attend meetings to ensure accommodations are applied.
• Foster positive behavior supports to improve classroom engagement and self-regulation.
• Co-plan with general education teachers to support push-in strategies and coach aides.
• Engage families with regular communication on student progress and strategies for home reinforcement.
