Responsibilities

• Assist with student supervision inside and outside the classroom including lunch and field trips.
• Carry out behavioral interventions and assist in therapy programs.
• Help students with self-care activities and maintain student records.

Skills

Ability to work with children with disabilities

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Ability to communicate effectively

Knowledge of general office equipment

Ability to physically manage students with motor and/or behavioral difficulties

Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention and/or Safety Care

Education
