Job summary

Wonderful College Prep Academy in California is hiring a Small Group Instructor to partner with teachers, facilitate targeted interventions, and support campus supervision. The role emphasizes collaboration with staff, families, and the community, with a focus on maintaining high expectations and an excellent school culture.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with a pay range of $25.00–$32.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Substitute permit preferred.
• Experience with school students is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in teaching small groups during rotations under teacher guidance.
• Lead small group intervention for targeted students with collaboration from teachers.
• Cover classroom in lead teacher's absence.
• Support campus supervision before/after school and at lunch.
• Engage families and participate in community events.
• Participate in staff meetings, PD, and coaching cycles.
