Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated SLPA to support students in the school year. The SLPA will assist in delivering services, collaborate with educators, and help implement IEP accommodations under supervision. The role covers an elementary caseload with a supportive team environment.

Qualified candidates will hold a MA SLPA license and have pediatric or school experience. W2 contract with benefits is offered, with a focus on collaboration and student progress.

Qualifications

• MA SLPA license is required.
• Pediatric or school experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to support student success and participate in team planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student support, progress, and communication with teachers and other team members, as required.
• Work closely with special education teams, school nurses, therapists, and other school staff to implement student support plans and help achieve educational goals.
• Assist in carrying out individualized education program (IEP) accommodations, classroom activities, and instructional or therapeutic strategies under the direction of supervising SLP
