Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students in Fort Worth, TX, under the supervision of a licensed SLP. This on-site role focuses on small group therapy and direct service for students with communication goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLPA license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to elementary students under SLP supervision.
• Support approximately 70–80 direct-service students, mainly in small groups.
• Collaborate with school staff and supervise SLP on-site.
