Job summary

Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant to support a school-based program in Nashua, NH. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy sessions and related support.

Qualifications

• Current state SLPA licensure or certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical or school experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in assessing and evaluating clients.
• Implement and deliver treatment plans to improve speech and language skills.
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitor client progress.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and other professionals to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Educate clients and families on communication strategies and resources.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills.
