Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, chemistry, physics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leadership and career development pathways.
