Job summary

Tutoring Club is seeking enthusiastic instructors to provide academic support and guidance to students in one-on-one or small-group sessions. You will help with assignments, exam prep, and study strategies, while tracking progress and adjusting instruction to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, subject-specific field, or currently enrolled in a degree program leading to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. (Required)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and creativity to engage students.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of individual students.
• Previous experience tutoring students is preferred. (Preferred)

Working Hours:

Instructors typically work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate the schedules of high school students. The number of hours worked may vary depending on student demand and availability.
