Expect responsibilities to map LA team handoffs, explain the SAMR model, deliver remote-native results, surface risks with fixes, and mentor newer staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in resilience-related roles or equivalents.
• Strong data interpretation skills and ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Senior fluency in adaptability with knowledge of Universal Design for Learning on your roadmap.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
• Attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses.

Responsibilities

• Map the handoffs between LA teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Pair SAMR Model fluency with the ability to explain it plainly.
• Deliver remote-native results aligned with broader business objectives.
• Surface risks early, loudly, with a proposed fix attached.
• Catch the IEP Development regression a reviewer might miss.
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Absorb context quickly and start contributing sooner.
