Cadence Education is seeking a School Aged Teacher to join our team at our Surprise, AZ location. This role involves delivering developmentally appropriate instruction, planning engaging lessons, and collaborating with educators to support student growth in a nurturing environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred), demonstrate flexibility, and maintain professionalism and classroom management.

Responsabilidades

• Encourage a positive learning environment for all students within the center
• Develop lesson plans to build a strong foundation for students
• Provide social interaction and developmentally appropriate activities
• Encourage and model positive social behavior and expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe academically appropriate environment
• Adhere to enhanced safety measures
• Communicate regularly with parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and leaders to implement an engaging curriculum
