Qualifications

• Must hold valid NJ teaching certification or meet GPA-based eligibility.
• GPA and Praxis considerations apply for post-2016 graduates.
• Experience in a high-performing charter network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, internalize, modify and prepare lesson plans aligned to curriculum.
• Use data to teach to mastery of skills and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with students, families and staff to support growth.
• Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Assist with diagnostic and progress monitoring testing.
• Update performance trackers to inform lessons and goals.
• Participate in school, department and parent meetings.
• Engage in school events and after-hours activities as required.
