Job description

Citadel is on the hunt for a hands-dirty Elementary School Teacher, someone who makes Bloom's Digital Taxonomy look easy and Presentation Skills look obvious. You supply 6 years and Storyboarding; Citadel supplies $106,000 - $153,000, an Ontario home, and growth that does not flatten out.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Keep the remote schedule realistic when everyone wants everything yesterday
• Keep senior expectations grounded in what the remote role can deliver
• Stitch together Persuasion and Scaffolding into one coherent workflow
• Make general tradeoffs visible so Citadel can weigh them
• Write the Storyboarding runbook the next hire wishes they had

What You'll Bring

• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written

Since day one, Citadel has been on a trust-the-team mission to reshape general from its base in Ontario, CA. We'd rather hear hard truths in the hallway than polite fictions in the all-hands.

You get $106,000 - $153,000, a robust benefits suite, and hands-on mentorship aimed at making you a stronger general professional.
